What’s been your favourite gift this year? Mine has to be these furry croc slippers. I’ve always had Ugg slippers but needed a pair to keep at my parents house and didn’t want to spend a fortune. They are surprisingly warm, incredibly comfortable and approved of in terms of style by my much ‘cooler’ younger siblings and kids 🤣 I never knew a pair of slippers could bring me so much joy! DH usually gives me what I buy for myself but this year he bought me tickets to Jesus Christ Superstar in London in July.
I was speechless. I love JCS and have seen it for the last 2 years at diffeeent venues. So excited

My favourite pressie is a classic radio alarm clock from my parents. I had asked for one as I'm fed up of being woken up by mine and DHs mobile phone alarms beeping! And am now instead looking forward to being woken up by either Greg James or Scott Mills.

This sounds fab!! Hope you have a wonderful time. I quite like presents that aren’t immediate as you sometimes feel like you’ve been gifted twice - once when you receive it and are excited about it and once when you enjoy the experience/event.

I’m tempted to purchase another pair for my own house 🙈 I haven’t used a classic alarm clock in years but I like the idea of putting one away from the bedside table so that my husband has no choice but to get out bed to switch it off instead of pressing snooze every 5 minutes…. Having said that he would probably sleep through it if it’s not buzzing under his pillow!
