Thinking about Christmas, what went well and what were your even better ifs? Might be helpful for future self 🤣

veg was prepped and frozen months ago so no peeling or chopping as it was done in November.
kids loved their presents and random stocking items were well received
dh bought scratch cards and they were a real hit and we won back more than spent!
fresh turkey from farm was excellent.

book for ds2 wasn’t quite right, he needs a fun one.

make a Christmas pudding, dh has eaten the last one from 2023.

crackers - bought cheapest and they were disappointing. Need a mid range.

five-year-old was cheeky and petulant, and I know it was because it’s all overwhelming, but I’m exhausted and didn’t handle it as well as I could’ve done
