Made fish pie for tonight. There are four of us. Vaguely following a recipe for a dairy free version of Jamie Oliver fish pie. One pound of fish didn’t sound like a lot and I put more in plus some prawns. I have now ended up with a large fish pie plus a smaller one in a soufflé dish.
Obviously tomorrow will be all about turkey. And Boxing Day will involve lots of left overs and salad.
We haven’t got a lot of spare fridge space.
Can I freeze the small spare pie?
It has raw fish in plus defrosted prawns so I am cooking it as well as the main one but it is completely surplus to requirements! 🤦‍♀️
So obviously would freeze after it is cooked through and cooled.
