I was doing well but fell foul of ‘the twitch’ today!

Bought a coat, Calvin Klein boxers, 2 tshirts and some joggers for my son and a jewellery box, pyjamas and cute bath mat for my daughter. It’s not like they didn’t already have enough but meh - it’s once a year!

I nearly twitched. Seriously considered going to buy some Nike sports socks but couldn’t be bothered to drive there fortunately.

Yep, twitched completely and bought extra PJs , socks and dressing gowns!

Theatre tickets for DH (and me of course!) on top of the unusually large amount I've already spent on him. To be fair, he's had a rotten year and deserves to be spoilt.

Last minute twitch for a shared gift of some walkie talkies after overhearing DDs talking about them!

No, I have today and tomorrow off work and don't want to spend it doing any more than necessary!

Bought myself another pair of gloves, the colour I fancied the first time I saw them.

I originally bought the sensible black pair. Went back today and got the bottle green. (The salesgirl reckoned that they were 'teal', but they're really not.)

Just booked an Amazon prime Morrisons order for tomorrow 😂 god help me where am I going to put it all. Just cannot face going to a real shop and was not hard to make up to £60 for free delivery

When you’ve bought everything you need pressie wise, but then get tempted to buy more.

I almost did for DS's stocking but then remembered the funko pop figures he is getting so glad I held firm!

I bought some heated insoles off amazon for ds and an ipad case for dd. Bloody amazon and their next day delivery 🙄

Yep, litter picking set. Small child told Santa it was the only thing she wanted and she asked for one last year and didn’t get it so he must not be real.

I did a couple of days ago and got DH a beer box and DD1 a Lego set she wants. She hasn’t got much on her list this year and the main thing she wanted is from America so hasn’t arrived on time. Payday arrived and I bought the extra £60 set! Resisted the £140 set that I really wanted to get her though.

Badly! Finished my 7 year old end of November and then ended up unexpectedly Ill and hospitalised. Not long home and feel so bad I’ve missed all of December and I’m still not well enough to do much and am back in for the day for treatment tomorrow.
Bought him a Nintendo switch and Mario Kart as he’d originally asked for it and then changed his mind. It’s from me, not Santa and I know he’ll absolutely love it and he deserves it.

Yep, went to have my nails done today and bought my daughter a £40 gift voucher already really spoilt her but she’s a new mummy on maternity so I just thought f**k it it’s Christmas and I’ll be opening the baileys shortly 🎄

Yes lol Got OH some luxury country socks, a notebook (he loves a notebook) and a Terry's chocolate orange for his stocking lol I then bought myself a set of luxury foam bath gels, some fluffy socks and some old traditional hard boiled sweets (fed up of chocolate already) 😆

Two boxes of hello kitty and friends trading cards in a tin from amazon, one for each dd. I can't twitch anything big as I ran out of wrapping paper for dd1 so that has curbed my twitching.

Not very exciting. I bought DH some thermal socks and a giant Cadbury dairy milk for £9 for the family

I did and got ds1 a gym bag, t-shirts, shorts and trainer wipes and a gift-card for a store he mentioned he drops into a lot as it's next to the library at uni, and a smoothie and milkshake recipe book and a novel by an author he likes for ds2, along with two hoodies and a pair of joggers. It all came to around £300 but that doesn't really get you a lot nowadays. Also tried and failed to get ds2 the Spotify premium for 3 months card that goes in his stocking every year but there are none around here so I will have to fashion a fake and owe him!

Took DD to Oxford Street and Selfridges and she ended up with a Stanley cup
