Hi so as per the title I am clueless on how to best cook my turkey and ham.
So I have a 7-7.5lb turkey breast and a 4.5lb gammon.
i want to do my ham in coke and cloves etc, am I better slow cooking it first or boiling it? Once o have done either of those I want to glaze with honey etc, how long should I glaze for and do I do that immediately after I have boiled / slow cooked it?
How long roughly and at what temperature should I cook my turkey breast fillet?
thank you so much!!!!

Whack the info above plus your cooking set up (double oven, pans etc) into chatgtp.

For the turkey breast: is it in a packet with instructions? if yes follow those. Are you cooking stuffing separately? Is it fresh or frozen?

For the gammon - there was a thread on glazing yesterday! https://www.mumsnet.com/talk/christmas/5463467-gammon

I plan to boil a gammon joint on christmas eve to make stock for soup, my question is? Can I roast gammon with the glaze on the next day?, or how woul...
