What have you messed up this Christmas?

I went on to Moonpig to order a Christmas Card for my Brother and his wife who live in France. I said to DH how reasonable the price was.

The reason it was so cheap was because today the card arrived here addressed to DH but with the inscription to them from us.

Missed the window of opportuntiy to post my mum’s Christmas card. (She’s abroad) Whoops.

I accidentally bought a smoked gammon instead of unsmoked to have with guests tomorrow. My DD (6) really doesn’t like smoked ham and now I will have to make her something else while cooking a full celebration meal, grrr

should have held firm and gone away for Xmas.

This evening, DH accidentally let DD see a photo of their bikes from Santa in front of our christmas tree at home. We live abroad and are home visiting family so Santa was delivering the bkes to our house as we can't fit them on the plane. Plus I left another present each for DDs at MILs house in another European country that we left today to come to UK. Christmas is going great so far!! 🙄

I have bought a candle and I have picked up the wrong smell it absolutely stinks I don't know what to do with it !

I’ve just accidentally made 1kg of sourdough starter. I do not know what I was thinking. I need to make rolls and maybe a loaf tomorrow but I’m still at least 500g over. Perhaps I can gift it to people 🤭

I said I would get a White Fox hoodie for my 8 year old niece. I assumed they did hoodies for 8 year olds as DN is obsessed with the brand but turn out they don’t and I have ordered fakes from china. Had to back track and buy a completely different gift at the last minute

I don't know! We shall find out Xmas day 🤣

I accidentally let slip that my daughter was getting a bike for Christmas. To be fair she’s been good about it and said she is asking Santa for a bike (we don’t even do Santa) but it was still quite a slip up!

We are away for Christmas and I have forgotten the stockings and the dogs’s presents.

Ive been ill in hospital and dosed up on drugs. I've ordered so many duplicate presents due to my brain being addled it's becoming a joke!

I usually send all the various younger cousins a fiver each with a tube of smarties or similar and I completely ran out of time this year.

We had our turkey today and DH forfot to get the Yorkshire pudding, which he likes with his roast.

He went to the local shop today to get them, then forgot to cook them.

I forgot to get coriander to put in the guacamole for tonight's festive tacos.

I bought dd a book, then saw a better option so returned the first to Amazon and bought the better option. All good so I thought until I started wrapping and found the book I thought I had returned. I still haven't worked out which book I actually did return though.
