M&S food recommendations

Going to M&S tomorrow for a final shop - a few necessities but mostly for treats/snack bits and bobs.

Please tell me your favourites - I don’t usually go to M&S so what might I miss?

Chocolate florentines. Superb. I think the blonde chocolate or the dark chocolate and ginger are the best.

Festive Dip

Macarons
Jelly munch tin (pretty impressed with ours though a bit expensive).
They do large pots of nuts and possibly dried fruit (can’t remember).
their fancy sausage rolls, I think they have onion chutney in them.

Coleslaw, gorgeous stuff and great on a turkey sandwich!

Their crispy tempura fritters in the party food section are really good! Not sure about the dip with them so we used sweet chilli instead but they are so good I wish they did them all year! I also like the pork belly bites.

Yum, some nice ideas there!

We like to get their ‘big mix’ box of chocolates as we prefer them to the plastic tubs of quality street etc.

I’ll also go get some cranberry and pecan bread for Christmas Eve buffet.

Cheese and marmite pinwheels, mini pork pies, the feta and herb pastries, the lamb meatballs (if they still do those).

Oh you just reminded me to put their deli coleslaw on the list!

I get their stuffing balls too, lovely and there's never enough stuffing for the people in this house

Heston Blumenthal scotch eggs.

The trimmings on a Christmas dinner are always the best bit anyway!

Mexican dip and the tortilla chips in white packet, garlic bread, strawberry tarts, fruit, Swiss clouds and mini pork pies.
