What to buy a 90 year old lady?

She's unfortunately not in great health so rearly gets out and wouldn't manage anything physical like gardening, has really bad eyesight so can't manage reading or most craft type activities and I've got various heated blankets, dressing gowns and other comfy things for the last few years.

She has always been quite glamorous and still makes an effort to dress nicely, but she's quite particular about cloths and I wouldn't even know were to start there.

Anyone have any good ideas?

We have got my Dmil also 90 a flower subscription, a cover less duvet and birthday cards to fill the birthday book we gave her last year.
The duvet is a bit of a wild card as I’m not sure she’ll like it but I thought it would make her life easier when changing her bed (possibly….!)

Audible subscription? An Alexa to get it to play radio / audio books to her?

Edible stuff - I bought my (not as elderly!) Dad some really nice strawberry jam and a pot of Welsh rarebit as a gift recently, basically just upgrades on his usual stuff for jam or cheese on toast at breakfast. Have a look at Fortnum and Masons.
