Boxing day hosting food

I am having my inlaws (just MIL and FIL) over on Boxing day. MIL is a great cook, and I am feeling a bit of pressure to host more than just beige oven nibbles. I don't want to do another whole roast dinner. We will have had a roast on Christmas day and so will they. I am a good cook so I dont mind a bit of effort. Does anyone have any tried and tested recipes that will impress the inlaws?

On Boxing Day we have the whole family round (32 to be exact) and I make the same curry every year because they love it so much. Can be made in advance and frozen, then I take it out on Christmas Day to defrost and leave in the slow cooker on Boxing Day. All I have to do is make a cheese board and a bowls of crisps and chocolates. The recipe is on Gousto and it’s the Sri Lanken prawn and crab curry. I basically do the exact recipe but use chicken instead of fish for crowd pleasing. It’s the easiest thing ever and so delicious!
