Meat for Christmas (veggie cooking)

I don’t know what meat to get as a veggie cooking dinner for mostly meat eaters, someone else usually sorts the meat. There will be a ham cooked the day before and a veggie main. Children say they want turkey, I was thinking a turkey crown? There will be 4 meat eating adults and 3 children. My main concern is ease of cooking (less mess) and relative cheapness. Any advice of where to go would help, I live in a large city with all supermarkets nearby. Today I looked at a frozen turkey crown in Lidl, would this be horrible?

Thanks!

That sounds fine to me. Maybe some pigs in blankets?

I do a crown for the half of the family who eat meat.
