Ideas for gift for food lovers

We usually send DS’s girlfriend’s parents a small gift for Christmas - we’ve met them a few times and get on very well. They are serious foodies and I’d like to send them something edible, but not gimmicky or massively overpriced for what it is ( like most gift boxes or hampers). Last year I sent Arthouse Chocolate and the year before a selection of unusual teas. They live a long way away, so it has to be postable.
Any ideas? I’d probably spend about £30, not including postage.

Maybe some oil and vinegar from Brindisa. Yoghurt covered cashews or fancy chocs.

I would also like some good olive oil.

Ooh actually that’s a good idea!

Is there anything interesting locally where you are? To send them a food reminder about your area.

You know it won’t go to waste and it would be gladly received with the cost of olive oil what it is these days.

And we’ve got friends who have just set up an olive oil business, so perfect! Don’t know why I didn’t think of it before.
