Family games, with a toddler

Are there family game night type games we can play over Christmas with a toddler?
we have an 20m old and a 2.5 year old who we’d love to involve if possible. I think the 20m old might be the tricky one.

has anyone tried gator golf with similar ages?

Probably not what you have in mind but our little one really enjoys orchard games which are designed for toddlers. Red Dog Blue Dog is one we play basically like bingo so that’s quite fun for everyone.

We’ve also bought Monkey Around for Christmas which is designed for grown ups and toddlers fo play together.

I’ve not played it but something like the sock game could work for a range of ages quite well? Looks like there is a junior version but I don’t know what the object size is like and whether they may be a bit small. You could make your own version though.

Kerplunk and Pop Up Pirate?

@Nomnomnew thank you I’ll have a look. The 20m old isn’t really talking too much yet so we might struggle with some but some might work

@Forgottenmyphone how could I forget pop up pirate! It says it’s for 4years and up but I can’t work out why? Am I forgetting something about how complex the game is? It seems like it would be great for toddlers.

@HollyjollynightsIt probably says 4yo to cover themselves in case children are left playing it on their own, as it has fairly small parts. My 2yo loves it and it’s been so good for her fine motor skills.
