We are hosting on Xmas Day and then again on Boxing Day - don’t want to do turkey twice, and don’t want to just do leftovers though am happy for them to feature. What would be a good option that could be supplemented by the usual Christmas leftovers? All ages, some veggie

A ham joint? Pulled pork batches?
Both go well with Christmas sides

We do this most years . We get a bigger turkey than we need for CD then microwave the extra on BD and serve with a gammon joint weve cooked that morning. Left over stuffing and pigs in blankets too . We offer gravy or parsley sauce and repeat the CD veg ( not left over veg , fresh but usually the same as we had on CD)
