Dry or wet brine?

I'm cooking a full turkey for the first time this year- I'm a veggie so normally the most I'll do is a pre-prepared turkey crown, but there's a bigger crowd this year so I'm going to tackle the full bird.

I'm a pretty competent cook so I'm not too worried, but I am overwhelmed at all the different recipes!

Do you dry or wet brine, or something else entirely? Give me your advice!

Dry! I used poppycooks recipe last year, turned out perfectly 🤗

I was looking at hers @Pineapples123- but who has space in the fridge for a turkey for 3 whole days?!
