Family made up games

Hi I am looking for any games families have made up, with little prizes, for everyone. We have booked a holiday over Christmas with 3 x generations of family . So looking for a simple but unique game you & your family have found a success. We have done "santa swap" TIA

We have a game where one person (me!) writes a list of odd phrases or words that the others pick out of a hat and have to say without being caught. Grandad trying to say 'some people say im bonkers but I just think im free' was a classic. It's a good game as even the littlest has the same chance.
