I almost posted mine on an old thread!

This is ours. Most of the ornaments are chosen by the kids (hence the Xmas rat 😅), hand made, or sentimental. Makes for a mismatch but we love it. I floated the idea of classier lights this year and got immediately shot down - and I'm secretly glad I was.

Tree one. Then main tree, Tree two, is up but isnt in place and has no decorations on it, just lights

I finally seem to have got the hang of not thinking our ceilings are taller than they actually are (we’ve lived here for 19 years!)

It smells absolutely gorgeous too!

Poor quality pic and the angel is MIA (search party scheduled for tomorrow). Rather dominates our small living room but when we put the tree in the larger kitchen/dinning area we only looked at it during the day. Always a real tree.

This is ours. Two sets of lights on it which twinkle, but they don't twinkle in sync with each other!

Thankyou, the paint is dulux one coat everglade forest. The colour is beautiful but don’t get that exact paint, it definitely isn’t one coat but is so thick it’s horrible to paint with. If you like it try get it colour matched

Am I the only person trying to work out which trees are fake and which are real? Some are obvious, but some are so regular looking that I feel they must be fake, but look pretty damn real. Good fake trees are way better than in ye olden days of my youth!

Here’s my main one decorated by my two children. We have gone for a mix of bright white lights and warm white lights and it’s really lovely and cosy when lit of a night.

Smaller one in my kitchen which is full of little felt mice and traditional colourful retro type lights!
