Ride on digger for a bigger kid?

My very big for his age 3yo (wears 4-5 or 5-6y clothes) is adamant he wants a ride on digger for Xmas. All the ones I’ve seen online seem more suitable for a regular sized 2-3yo 😬
Can anyone recommend one that would be a more appropriate size for my son 🙏🏻

My dc were definitely using their John Deere ride on until 6-7 if that helps.
