Hi all.i have an 8 years old son. He will be 9 on 2nd January.he still excitedly believes in Santa and elves.he believes everything about elves when I am moving them middle of the night!is this normal for his age to completely believe this magic or should I tell him the truth?

Don't tell him the truth at this time of year.
If you want to tell him, say it in the spring or summer.

Why would you tell him?! Realistically by the age of 11 he will know anyway. Keep the magic for this last year or 2!

I just thought he is old enough to understand the truth.dont want he looks fool in front of his classmates if they don’t believe in Santa and elves.

He's not going to look like a fool in front of 8 year olds, plenty of them will still believe.

My 10 year old son is excited for our elves to return and I cant tell if he is doing it to keep the magic alive for his 3 year old sister, or if he actually still believes. He also hasn't had the chat about Santa, but wasn't bothered that I took his sister to see him at the local church yesterday. I will keep it going for as long as it brings a smile to his and my daughter's faces.
