Looking for ideas for Christmas game

I am organising a Christmas game. Australia here
looking for ideas for smallish wrapped gifts for family.
13 people, men, women and children aged 10 - 15
$10 - $15, That’s about 5 pound or a bit more UK
A few ideas I have are some fancy tea bags from a special tea shop,
scratchies, but can’t think of any thing else.
They will be able to swap at the end. Don’t want junk.

What about some ideas like :- hand cream, small diary, gift card for coffee shop, new pen set, gift card for online gaming , Hot chocolate, caramels, magazine subscription, ink cartridges for a printer, Bluetooth headphones, Bluetooth speaker, Amazon gift card, tester perfumes or aftershaves, socks….
