Bag for pre-teen girl

Hi, I was hoping to get some inspiration! I would like to buy my 12 year old a small bag for her phone etc, but don't really know what style of bag to buy (preferably not too expensive!) - please let me know the type of bags your teen girls have - thank you!

There seems to be a mix around here. Tote bags are popular- DD has one I bought her from urban outfitters last year. Some of them like the Uniqlo cross body bag. I think there are girls that have designer hand bag type bags, but not in DDs friendship group, so not sure what is popular with these.

Zara & New Look have nice little bags for this

eBay has hundreds. Crossbody bags seem to be the thing around here

My 11 yo has a crossover phone bag she bought herself from primark she’s still happy to use. My 13yo prefers to carry hers, the cool bag she got in year 7 is no longer cool.

maybe take her shopping and see what she likes when out and buy it when she’s not around.
