Gift ideas for redundant staff

Our child care setting is closing permanently at Christmas and the staff are being made redundant. I’d like to gift the staff something - normally just do wine, and chocolates/treats for the staff room at Christmas but that seems a bit soulless this year.
any suggestions?
There’s quite a few staff but no point in getting anything communal and I doubt they’ll be having a Christmas night out in the circumstances.

vouchers for costa/starbucks? might be nice for people to treat themselves to a coffee and a bit of cake without having to fork out

An enhanced redundancy payment wouldn't go amiss.

Amazon vouchers? Then they can buy themselves something they want or need. You could put them in nice handmade cards from your child
