Hello folks and welcome to the ongoing Christmas Bargain threads, which are hosted annually by the Amazing Reastie. I'm just caretaking for now.

This post is a work in progress, and if you have any links you’d like to share or would be good to add, then please do let me know. The general consensus for the thread is to share any bargainous links, ideas, and/or discount codes or information. No affiliate links, please.

Please post any referral links to the separate thread linked below. This is a warm, friendly, kind and cosy corner of MN filled with Christmas cookies and hot chocolate - let’s keep it that way!

Cutter and Squidge has up to 30% off some of their goodies this week, for Black Friday.

There’s a Downton Abbey inspired afternoon tea for only £22.49 with free delivery, christmas “baby biskie” box from only £16.79, brownie deliveries from £16-17 too.

Some of the stuff which is discounted is also available with free delivery at the moment.

If you’re spending over £30 you’ll also save £10 with a referral discount - check the other board.

MamaClausToTheRescue · 24/11/2025 12:45

Also - a bit random but this was about £1.89 in B&M and might make a good stocking filler? There’s a salted caramel version too for anyone who likes that.

(Mint Poppet hot chocolate toppings: pic still loading!)

My levi order has been cancelled:( 40p socks are a no apparently 🤣

FuelledByRageAndHaribo · 24/11/2025 12:49

The HC wreath is showing as £35.64 in subscribe and save for me too, so I’ve gone for a Luxe box instead as it’s cheaper per 100g

MaybeItsJustTimeToStop · 24/11/2025 12:55

Iceland have the party boxes of haribo star mix (50 mini bags) for £2.50, they're usually £5.

I need help with some token gifts for DH distant family kids.
2 x 17 year old girls
1 x 16 year old boy
1 x 14 year old girl

Ideally only around £5 each as we only see them once i year, it just feels wrong to go to the Christmas family gathering without something for them when they are still kids. Usually do selection boxes but think they're maybe a bit old for those.

FurForksSake · 24/11/2025 13:06

Buy a gift are doing 22% off for email sign ups, these stack with the Black Friday offers. I’ve just bought a voucher for a wine tasting in Henley for £22 instead of £40, gets great reviews so I’m hopeful it will be well received.

hugsandpugs · 24/11/2025 13:06

Just popped into my local boots store to grab my meds and noticed they had some Lynx body sprays reduced to £1

Grabbed 12 🤣 that’s my bargain of the day anyway!

imnottoofussed · 24/11/2025 13:13

I think the hc wreath is giving 5% subscribe and save or 15% depending on how many other subs you have in a single delivery

hugsandpugs · 24/11/2025 13:15

Wonder if Levi’s will cancel all the orders bet they have had an influx of them this morning 🤣 secretly hoping they don’t though!

Just a heads up that John Lewis is starting it's 12 treats of Christmas next Monday (1st December) and it usually starts with a pretty good freebie. Make sure you're JL Apps are updated if need be, in time for the launch!

How about personalised Toblerone or similar?

StrawberryThief1930 · 24/11/2025 13:47

for the teens, i would stick with the selection boxes - all the teens i know would be thrilled. mine actively put them on their Christmas lists!

Thank you for the reminder!

I’m hoping M&S might do theirs too this year on the sparks app, anyone with insider knowledge know if they will be or not? 😁

How about those sweets from Iceland and get a cheap Christmas box from Poundland and put them in. Or a jar like a Kilner jar they can keep them in, you can get plain ones or Asda do Christmas themed ones for about £1.50 too. My teens and early twenties all love Haribo.

I got spin20 for 20% off. Now I'm wondering if spin50 works!!

Also works with the Lounge20 for two loungewear for £20.

Talisin · 24/11/2025 14:06

Still not the Shitting Flamingo but may i offer this up as something the poster tirelessly chasing one deserves for herself.

That's annoying, Mine have been shipped and I only ordered at around 11am, however I ordered the 2 pack of sports socks.

Ah I think you might be right! It’s coming with a few things I have on regular subscription (toilet roll, vitamins etc) so I think I got 15%. Still worth the extra 5% for anyone who would buy it anyway at the Black Friday price though hopefully.

Thanks for the hollister advice 💐

@MaybeItsJustTimeToStop Boots 3-4-2 is a good place to start. The girls would probably like the Bubble or Byoma mini gifts and the boy MIGHT like the Lynx or FCUK gift sets they have in store.

Here’s a link to some of the 3-4-2 offers that would probably appeal to many teenage girls:
