Gifts for 8/9 year old boy

please can you share your gift ideas for an 8/9 year old boy, I’m finding it really difficult this year, thank you

Depends on interests really. Most toy sites have suggested toys for age groups.
Wicked Uncle site has some unusual ideas. Look on Books2 Door if he enjoys reading for book sets. How about a large construction/ stem set or LEGO?

My ds is 9/10 and likes -
switch stuff - he’s getting a new controller and a new game
books about space/world- 2 Emily Grossman books
board /card games - mapominoes USA, top trumps the world and a escape room game
New crocs - fleece lined
New headphones
Slippers

Other options are -

My 8 year old basically wants all the electronic gizzits from Menkind 😂I've ordered him a drone and my mum will get him a remote control plane.

That’s a very general question. What type of things do they like? Mine is mad about football so most of his presents are around that.

My 9 year old is getting

My just turned nine year old is crazy about bey blades.... They are like battling spinning tops. At his birthday sleepover, all the 8/9 year old boys seemed to enjoy playing with them

He also loves silly graphic novels (bunny Vs monkey etc). He likes super things too.

Mine its lego, football strip and pokemon game.
