Main gift ideas- 7 year old

Has anyone got main gift ideas for a 7 year old girl? She hasn’t asked for much this year and I’m stuck for ideas . I have lots of arty things, books, stocking fillers but drawing a blank for her main gift. She isn’t interested in dolls, Barbie’s anymore. All inspiration welcome.

Slime. Karaoke machine. Baking kit / cook book. Kinetic sand. Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza (card game). Dobble (card game). A Scooter. Labyrinth (board game). Our Generation Doll (I know you said not into barbies and babies but my dd liked these up to about age 11. Lego. Playmobile. Gravitrax. Laser tag. Marble run or V tech marble rush. Hotwires or similar circuits kit.

Here for ideas. My daughter also loves Wiched so getting her the dolls from that but no other real ideas. She is also getting a new cycling helmet and lights for her bike. Lots of little things like jewellery, hair bands etc too

My 7 year old is getting a new bike, she's outgrown her 20" wheel one so moving up to a 24".

Other ideas that she's mentioned, to be clear she will NOT be getting everything on this list! A Stanley, an MP3 player (one that's compatible with Spotify so she can download playlists from a laptop and listen to them in the car because I literally cannot subject myself to "defying gravity" while I'm driving one more time), tickets to see Wicked in London, nail art set, squishalongs, dork diaries books, tickets to the ballet, bath bombs, science kit, a labubu (they are SO creepy), a copy of fantastic beasts and where to find them or the cursed child, a tamagotchi, Polaroid camera, rollerblades, more squishmallows because who needs to fit in their own bed anyway, a new sledge, oh and a kid size paddle board, one that matches mine. 😂😂😂

Clearly, she's not lacking in inspiration for things she might like......

I have a DD turning 7 after Christmas who isn't into dolls, Barbie, Disney etc so this is helpful! She loves animals and top of her list is a real dog which isn't happening as our cat would move out. We have big families so she's very lucky and has most things already and she has enough craft sets to open a shop from her birthday party.

Things I've thought of (not buying all of these obvs):
An electric go kart
A two wheel scooter that "does tricks" (she has a three wheeler)
Our Generation horse and stable (she's shown interest but I'm not sure she'd play with it for long)
Polaroid type camera
K Pop Demon Hunters t-shirt and hoody (Zara has a few nice options)
Cool biker boots with flashing soles or M&S's silver cowboy boots
Little Live Pets (she basically wants every single one so it's a good one to ask people to buy her)
I've also thought of a "feed the meerkats" experience at a local safari park but not sure she'd love just getting a piece of paper on the day?

I’m also stuck and finding this helpful. Older sibling has asked for a switch, and we are flying abroad to family for Xmas, so main gifts need to be compact. But don’t want to just get her something techy for the sake of being equivalent to her sister…
