I made a thread under another username last Christmas about what I need to tell 2025 me. Can I find it ? Nope! So tell me what you learned and will or won’t be doing again. I’ve blocked mine out clearly ! Although did want more time off work which now isn’t happening !

Every year I buy smoked salmon because it's christmas and I think we'll have it mid morning. We never do, don't even really like it. I end up freezing it and eventually throwing it away. Then December happens and I end up thinking I need smoked salmon....

I wrote a note on my phone last year, which says the following:
You felt like crap on 27th December. You haven't been eating enough fruit and veg. Remember this when meal planning this year!!!
