Doll for DS 20 months

Can anyone recommend a doll that is suitable for a 20 month old boy? I am due a new baby soon and would like to get him his own ‘baby’. I’m not super keen on the hard plastic pink dolls in supermarkets, is there a soft doll that comes as a boy?

Bibi dolls do soft-bodied boy and girl dolls – the hands and faces are really nicely done.

At that age my DD had a soft bodied baby Annabelle doll, I think called “my first baby Annabelle” or something like that. They do a blue baby grow version

My DD had a Manhattan Toy Baby Stella doll. And DS adored it. He played with it more than DD. There used to be only one type but it looks like there are loads of different ones now. Like this...

A friend of mine bought her little boy an olli ella doll.
I bought my daughter a soft doll from Jojo Maman recently for her sisters arrival and she loves it! I think it’s not longer stocked but the soft doll was a hit as she also sleeps with it now

We bought our son a miniland one when I was pregnant with number 2. We went for a hard bodied one as we could opt for one that looked more like him and is anatomically correct. It’s still a very used toy in this house!

We have a Little Dutch one for my 18 month old. It’s perfect for this age and also comes with a little ‘bed’, blanket, dummy, bottle and clothes. They do a few different colours so I think they might have a ‘boy’ one.
