Posting on behalf of the lovely @Reastie

This post is a work in progress and if you have any links you’d like to share or would be good to add then please do let me know. The general consensus for the thread is to share any bargainous links, ideas and/or discount codes or information. No affiliate links (is that the right word?) And any referral links to the separate thread linked below. This is a warm, friendly, kind and cosy corner of MN filled with Christmas cookies and hot chocolate - let’s keep it that way!

If you have any referral links then please post on this thread:

Mariah will be singing All I want for Christmas before we know it, and it's only 46 days until Christmas, so let's get those bargains, folks!

20% off the Lego advent calendars at Smyths, Amazon and Argos. Both the £30 now £24 franchise ones like Frozen, Star Wars and Harry Potter; and the £20 now £16 one called City and Friends.

imnottoofussed · 11/11/2025 13:58

Anyone know how to get further money off at boots?

Has anyone ordered from we print balls? For the footballs with names on etc? Just wanted to check quality and if you're happy.

I have but I feel like at this point it looks like I work for them! The first time I bought from them was four/five years ago and the balls are still in use. I think they still sell through not on the high street too (that’s where I first found them) so you could see if there’s any reviews on there?

nothingtoseehereatall · 11/11/2025 14:06

@RainbowZebraWarrior you are a star, thanks!

Thanks for the Clarins heads up

I bought the cheapest item I could find- a stocking filler, (there's a gift box thats cheaper but its not in the deal) and have 11 samples added (I looked for the biggest ones as it lists the size on ordering!)

I got 6% on topcashback plus a £2 cahsback bonus, So all of this for about £11 quid.

Note that you have to select the 2.95 delivery option as it comes up with 3.95 as the default.

Anyone have a yoto? Is it difficult to add songs too? My daughter likes listening to music on her tablet I thought maybe a yoto would get her off the tablet but I am awful at uploading songs etc

MadeOneMistakeGotBurnedAtTheStake · 11/11/2025 14:29

Not very exciting but The Works have wrapping paper storage bags for £2, they hold up to 12 rolls.

Theraffarian · 11/11/2025 14:46

Topcashback have 25% cashback at Holland and Barrett today ( plus £2 off a £20 spend ) plus Holland and B have a spin the wheel for possible extra discount too

I bought a yoto for my daughter (5) and it has been honestly the best thing we've ever got her. Highly recommend! You add content via an app/ website, if you have the songs as mp3s it's incredibly easy, although it would probably be trickier if you don't. NB I don't think you can download from e.g. Spotify.

I don't know if this has already been posted but I found a great idea for DPIL that I was stuck on, the Ivy are doing a £100 voucher for £90 plus £3.75 delivery and it also includes a bottle of Ivy fizz. I was going to get them a meal voucher anyway and this looks extra special.

Thanks for this, it’s a great idea!
Have you (or anyone else) had one before? It says it’s valid for 12 months but starts when you purchase it, so I was wondering if it’s wise to hold off getting it for a month or is it likely the offer will be discontinued?

I only ordered mine Sunday night so not received it yet. I have read the voucher and fizz come separately. I think it will be 12 mths from order/ dispatch date but thats about usual so not worried about it and I wanted to make sure I received it in plenty of time.

Thanks to the poster who shared the P.Louise trick (sorry I can't remember who it was!)

I signed up to the loyalty program yesterday, followed all the links and put my birthday as today so once midnight came I got my birthday points.

I got €8.82 worth of points all together so added 'The Perfect Base Pastel Coloured Base Set' from the sale section. It was €8.95 down from €50.95!

Then the free hand cream worth €12.95 was added to my basket, so I got the whole lot for €4.13 including delivery!

Your welcome ❤️

It’s great that they’ve given you the birthday points straight away - a lot of companies don’t if your birthday is in the next month for example.

I’ve used a couple of different emails to order from them so should have £5 of points on each account 26th of this month hopefully! (My actual birthday😅)

I have just done another order with them as I ordered DD the Gemini tumbler cup but my starsign was out of stock! Just popped on there and they have saggitarius back in stock but only a few left so I’ve ordered one and will have another free hand cream 🤣❤️

FallingIntoAutumn · 11/11/2025 16:52

I went to Dunelm yesterday and bought some paint. They gave me a 10% Black Friday voucher. So if anyone’s thinking of a big Dunelm purchase it might be worth popping in and getting one with a small spend.

Magnoliasunrise · 11/11/2025 16:53

wow thanks for the LUCKY11 Amazon Haul code- I was a bit sceptical as these things don't always work for me but just got a 15m roll of Christmas wrap and a Pixi beauty hydrating skin duo gift set for £9.99 !!

Lidlisthebusiness · 11/11/2025 17:16

@nothingtoseehere I'm looking in to Yoto's for my daughter, how much would you be looking for for yours?

Just found that I need to buy a heated throw for DD - any bargains to be had now? Thanks

There was one on Lakeland for £29.99 in sale and a few others depending on budget @OnionBag https://www.lakeland.co.uk/around-the-home/household-electricals/heated-textiles

GreenHolly · 11/11/2025 19:00

@imnottoofussed if you are signed up to Airtime rewards mine is showing 4% rewards of a spend at Boots - the money comes off my mobile phone bill. Or JamDoughnut has Boots gift cards.

Thanks for the new thread @RainbowZebraWarrior 💕 oh lovely wise MNs does anyone know if Nike ever do a BF sale? DW wants these specific trainers Nike air Jordan even with BL discount on the Nike website they are £110, not sure if I should just suck it up and order them or if anyone has seen any bargains or codes around?

Don’t buy them from the Nike website. ASOS do what I think is the same model (Nike branded) for £65.

This may or may not be helpful to others but I've ordered from p Louise before and done guest checkout without setting up an account. Set up account today and it's recognised my previous orders so I had £5 worth of points and a free gift already there.
Ordered 2 items on a BOGOF deal plus my free gift and got the free hand cream so it came to £9 with postage for 4 items. My points £5 didn't stack with the other offers so still have that to use.
