Please please could I have an idea for an 11 year old girls advent calendar that isn't chocolate!
Last year we did a beauty box one with some cheap lip glosses and other bits of cheap make up in which she loved.
She's into horses, hanging out with her friends, a little bit into make up and skin care but she has quite a lot. I like the look of the jewellery ones with charm bracelets that are cheap on Amazon but will they turn her arm green/are they a bit tacky? Also there's other nice jewellery calendars but they have earrings in and she can only wear hypoallergenic earrings. Necklaces and bracelets are fine. I've looked at fidget toy calendars and they seem a bit young and I am TOTALLY at a loss! Been searching for hours, please offer some ideas!

When my daughter was 11 I bought her an assessorize jewellery advent calendar, think I bought it half price around Black Friday. It was ok, some days better than others. Last year when she was 12 she had Boots number 17 calendar which she loved. Sephora have an advent calendar about £50 for this age group you might consider.
This year we are sharing a beauty advent calendar between us.
Theres definitely a gap in the market for this age range. My daughter would love a lego advent calendar but there are too babyish for her.

My dd loves the Guylian chocolate advent calendar

Or you could do the Fatface socks calendar (12 days) and then a 12-day soy wax melt advent calendar

So we always buy her a gift calendar and grandparents buy her a chocolate one! I've just stumbled across the bubble t advent calendar in Argos for £33 which looks right up her street. Has anyone seen it in real life? You are right there is such a big gap in the market. Soap and glory one in boots looks good too. Will look at accessorize too thank you!

My dds quite liked a gemstone calender at about that age.

My 11 year old is really into the Mini Brands Kawaii balls and so we have got her the advent calendar. May be a bit niche though! I also had my eye on the Legami one from Waterstones.

Harry Potter lego calendar is always good. This year though dd has requested a "bespoke" calendar, ie one I fill for her myself. I got the calendar from RNLI and am collecting various bits and bobs to put in it - minibrands (one ball contains 5 days worth), earrings, lip balm, sweets, chocolates, Christmas hair accessories, a bag charm etc

I got DS the legami one last year (when he was 11) - it had some really good bits in it but some were a bit young or girly for him
