Weekend away idea for group of male friends

Looking for ideas for an activity weekend away for my partner and 3 friends

We are part of a friendship group of 4 couples. Every year we do a couples weekend away, a families weekend with all our children and a female weekend away.

Myself and 3 female friends have decided dor christmas we would like to book a weekend away for our partners as without us and the kids but struggling for ideas, we would like to include a driving experience and at least one other experience.

Looking for a weekend in the new year, 1 or 2 nights in the UK, a budget of around £500 each

What else do they like doing, mine does this with friends once or twice a year but tends to be in warmer weather to give more options, they've done things like archery, paddle boarding, visiting a tank museum, Go Ape, they tend to just book a nearby Premier Inn somewhere in walking distance of a few pubs. They tend to go for a central location as they don't live close together.

Do they enjoy fast cars?

Night or two in Winchester - some good pubs, walks, fast car driving, dinner at Chesil Rectory, bit of gift buying for their fabulous and generous wives 😁

It’s absolutely not my thing - I expected to wait in the cafe with a book - but it was brilliant, even from the back seat. Beautiful country estate, really challenging driving conditions and amazing cars that can do superhero things. Thoroughly recommend.
