Stocking fillers for 8 and 11yo girls

I'm totally stumped, what are some good stocking filler for girls this age range? (they aren't my own children and it's been a long time since I was this age)

They are into youtube, arts and crafts, older one has started showing a bit of interest in makeup just started secondary school.

Any advice welcomed :)

Thanks!

This is the easiest child group to stocking filler for I think:

Books
Lip balms (fancy brands all the better but I'm not sure they care that much)
Fluffy socks
Small arts and crafts options - wool, needles, glitter, accessories etc.
A diary or notepad
Lovely pens/crayons/posca pens
Sunglasses
Chocolate
bath stuff
A cute t-shirt or other small clothing item
A mini hand bag
bracelets or necklaces (or ear rings if they have pierced ears)
Fidget toys
Charms for wearing on backpacks (key rings)

Yep. All of this would go down very well with my 8&11yo girls.

Satsuma and nuts in their shells.
Rolled up Beano

cornbunting · 21/10/2025 14:13

Places like Flying Tiger are very helpful for stocking fillers! I picked up a couple handheld disco ball torches one year, which went down a treat, especially when DD2 managed to turn hers on before it was unwrapped 😂

Also:
Bookmarks
Fancy bottle of drink (unicorn tears type thing with the swirly shimmery stuff inside)
Sweets/chocolate
Shiny rocks of the museum gift shop type
Lego figures
Pens/pencils
Washi tape
Puzzles/card games

Lots of good ideas in this thread!
