I've emailed them this morning because my mystery gift was missing & the journal had a section where the pages where upside down. It's not a problem for me but might be for others if there is more than one.

I did love the colouring books though & already have another order in my basket ready to go.

Aww no sorry to hear you’ve had an issue with your order too. When I emailed them the other day to query something I wanted to order they got back within a couple of hours so their customer service seems to be pretty good!

I did however love the glasses case I ordered for my DD.

As we are talking about Customer Service provided by companies - did anyone else know that sellers on Amazon can censor reviews?
I left both a seller and product review about the Christmas jumpers for ladies, basically saying that the seller failed to honour the advertised price and then cancelled the refund offered by Amazon.
The seller blocked both reviews.
I have reported to Amazon and they are taking it seriously.
Has anyone else managed to leave a review>

Please be very careful. There's loads of knocks offs of the Nee Doh advent doing the rounds all for 10 to 15 quid. It's nothing like the real thing and they just contain cheap and nasty squishy things (those horrid sticky little animals usually). The actual nee doh calendar is starting to get bad reviews because people genuinely think that's what they are purchasing from tiktok and onbuy / ebay and vinted. Thy are everywhere!

Ahhhh, I didn't see the free delivery code for YKW! Or the 10% code in my email somehow 🙈 I've messaged them to ask if they can refund it... does anyone know if they'll deduct the 10% and free delivery or will I have to cancel and reorder? It's so annoying that I have to wait until Monday at the earliest for them to reply to me. I just got too excited buying the bamboo pillows 🤣 thanks hugsandpugs for pointing them out!

My fault! I meant to add the code to the original post then a few minutes later realised I hadn’t! I’ve been after bamboo pillows for AGES! Fed up of buying the standard ones that just seem to go flat after a week or two 🤣

Think this is also the 2024 version, which may be why its cheaper than the £29.99 RRP, if it's really a NeeDoh calendar in the first place! Please be careful of knock-off versions as they can be dangerous!

I'll take part of the blame though for not reading the further message/s as I know sometimes more discounts get added once something is mentioned!
