Sainsbury's food to order is open already. I do love it at this time of year when all the ordering opens up. However, Booth's on 9 October is what I'm really waiting for!

I haven't bought QS for ages but I've seen these advertised .

bought the last tin of chocs yesterday on the shelf
i would buy early as a marks staff member said they are selling fast and noticed a few reviews online saying great value better than \QS/roses etc

even the daily mail had a piece about them

I believe the purple one is indeed a hazelnut in soft caramel as I think the whole premise is that the tin is a dupe of quality street. I have to say that I know nothing as don't like any of those traditional tubs of sweets so I've never bought them. (Yes, I'm possibly a bit weird 🤔)

Apparently they had salted caramel ones though, which means there will be a new "least favourite" chocolate to replace coconut ones.

I ordered the big mix tin from Ocado and they didn’t have it. I’ll try again this week. I saw the listed flavours on daily mail and it seems good. My 12 year old will have to eat the coffee knew for us 😆

I really would have liked to see the catalogue before the slots go live. I guess I'll go in, get the turkey, pay my £50 to secure the slot, then go back in and start adding other bits like the reindeer pud. 👀🦌

Me too. I've been in - yet again - today in the hope of finding a catalogue. So far, all I've got on my list is pine cones. DD is veggie and I've not really been able to think of owt else we would do justice to. (I remember being agog at the price of the Pies last year and thinking I'd just make my own)

Yep, from what I can see on social media the food slots will open "bright and early" along with the online catalogue. Paper copies will also be in stores tomorrow too. I guess I'm setting an alarm for 6am. 🥱😴

Does anyone know, or anyone have inside information, if the boxes of biscuits will be 3 for 2, as in previous years?

Last time I looked they had some boxes in but they were full price. I hope they do 3 for 2, but since the IT incident I've noticed they don't do as many offers.

I went for regular pine cones but might amend to add the white ones, fear of missing out! Also panic purchased to get the slot 😂

I've also gone for the regular pune cones and an 8am slot for 23rd Dec. Got the cauliflower cheese with cornish cruncher (didn't they get rid of this last year and people complained?) I can't think of anything more sickly than white chocolate pine cones and I also dislike salted caramel (why is it still everywhere?)
