I’ve just been asked what I want for Christmas, so I’m having a think about it.

First post nailed it for me - snow would be perfect. I’ve just moved and the amount of ‘stuff’ I had, sickened me. o don’t want another ‘gift’ other than good health, ever, for the rest of my days.

A flight to either Northern Ireland, or Canada, so I can visit my family in each.

That would be perfect! 🥺

New straighteners, current ones (11 years old) are about to pack in. Although who knows what kind to ask for 😂
Also hoping for some nice jammies and running shoes.

We’ve got an event at a fancy hotel in February so DH and I decided to splash out on a nice room for the whole weekend as our gift to each other.

A voucher for my hairdressers again. It saves me so much money during the year and feels like a proper treat.
Also books and decent socks.

Two weeks somewhere hot and sunny so I can get my vitamin D & sunshine fix mid winter. Winter sun is more important to me than a summer holiday as England gets decent summers now due to climate change.

It's our first Christmas without FIL, so genuinely I'd just like everyone to get through the day, with some happiness.
I know MIL is really dreading it, we've booked a little holiday, so let's hope it is enjoyable!

If I was talking about just for me, I'd choose pyjamas. God I love my pyjamas!
