Any opinions on it. Is it worth the money? For a Y7 boy.

You can get back copies on ebay and vinted. I got some to see if my DD would show an interest before I shelled out on a subscription. She wasn't interested at all really. It is like a magazine for kids a bit like the sort you get with the Sunday papers - a loose theme then a hotch potch of articles. Well made, decent paper and illustration quality just didn't take her fancy. Maybe try that first?

It's a good magazine. I think year 7 is maybe a little bit old though? I think we had it from 8/9ish and they loved it, but had probably grown out of it by secondary school age. It's a bit like Blue Peter in a magazine.

They also enjoyed The Week Junior.

DS got it from about age 8-12. It was excellent.

Tried it with DD8 - she wasn’t that interested. She loves The Week Jr

Thanks all. I had thought it might be a bit young but the website said up to 14 so worthwhile me asking.
