Can I freeze festive food

I've bought the M&S festive food for Boxing day dinner but MIL has norovirus and they've cancelled. We have enough left over from tomorrow to do us but the M&S prepped vegetables don't say anything about freezing. I'm think I can keep for New Year instead.
do you think I'm safe to freeze?

I think it's all safe and you will be cooking after anyway. You might lose quality / texture though as repeat freezing and thawing can make things mushy.

Looking at your photo, most will freeze ok. I think a lot of people on here cook their red cabbage early and freeze happily enough. And their cauli cheese and roasties.

Re the brussels, slice in half, blanch for 1-2 minutes and drain into icy cold water then freeze.

Thank you. None of it has been frozen already so I'll freeze it and hope for the best.

Agree. Parboiled the sprouts for a few minutes then freeze, the rest should go in fine.
