Nothing yet as all of mine are at my sisters house and we are not due to go there until 1 pm! We had a present swap party at my house last weekend so those not joining us on Christmas Day this year ( my children alternate with their in-laws) can collect their gifts. I expect we will talk on the phone later.

My parents got me lovely fluffy pyjamas, toiletries, a gorgeous mug and my favourite Fortnum & Mason hot chocolate. A friend got me chocolates and a reading journal.

Me and DP weren’t doing gifts this year but he’s bought me a vintage Wuthering Heights hardback and written a lovely note inside it. I got him a headshaver 😬😂

Nothing - the kids didn’t get me anything, and dh didn’t get me anything. We didn’t have an agreement to not get gifts. He just didn’t bother. I’m not sure why the kids didn’t, dd did her shopping the other day but couldn’t get me anything as I was with her.

dh didn’t get me anything for my bday either so not a huge surprise really. He actually forgot my bday.

Books (1 that I wanted and 1 I have already, to be exchanged), lovely perfume, smellies and a voucher for a shop i don't really go in, but I'll be able to buy shoes or a bag in. Very happy with my gifts 🎁

I had 2 cards to open, both with some money. I’ll use it to purchase myself a couple of nice things I would have liked to open today!

My partner gave me st eval candle and a lovely coat few weeks before xmas so that i can use them over the festive period. Today he gave me some shopping voucher and a perfume. The best gift he has given me is that he has started going to therapy. I gave myself a hot diamonds ring, friends gave me candles and champagne.

I honestly don’t expect anything from anyone. I’m a single parent and throughout the years I’ve always bought myself a little something… my family are so good to my kids, I don’t expect them to get me.

My daughter got me loads of Oasis (the band) stuff and honestly I was squealing like a 14 year old again haha I got her a load of Billie Eilish merch but she is actually 14 so the squealing in excitement from her was expected lol
