I need some last minute stocking fillers for a 13 yr old boy. Nothing sports or smellies based. Any ideas? Small things.

Dunelm has nicely coloured wired earphones for £2, great for if any wireless ones don't have charge.

Anker power bank from Amazon £13

Normal playing cards and a game rulebook / poker set

Mazeballs are good for all ages, admittedly I spent longer with it than anyone else. M&S one £8, Amazon £15

Posable stick man figures for stop motion animation (and a mini tripod + Bluetooth remote if he doesn't already have one! They're only about a tenner)
Mine still loves action figures in general - he particularly likes the stretch/goo ones. Some of friends are really into funko pops?
Warhammer figures to paint
Lego figures/small vehicle

Very random but my son and his class mates (yr 8) are loving these 3D printed dragons. One kid is making them and they're all buying them from him!

Yes! I saw one of my year 8s had one last week and everyone was very interested, so I've now bought for my own year 8 and year 5 boys.

Jessica3456 · 21/12/2024 21:14

Thank you so much. lots of great ideas to choose from

Mini thermal printer. I thought it looked fun, and potentially handy for homework.

And some cheap earbuds, cos he complains about being the ONLY PERSON IN THE WORLD whose mum makes him use wired headphones, but I don't quite trust him with expensive wireless ones yet.

justfornow1 · 21/12/2024 21:23

@DeffoNeedANameChange that's interesting to hear! New obsession hey!

Lndnmummy · 21/12/2024 21:25

One of the mental health boosting journal type things for teens/boys. Mine love them and I get an age appropriate one every year for them.

Most other stuff would be sports related but other things could be:

Healing crystals with the 'meaning' attached to read up on.

A book

Cosy lights. Lava lamp, some LED night light, string lights any kind of cosy things they love

TK Maxx do these cuddly things with lavender that you warm in the microwave abit like a cosy water bottle but without the water

A back scratcher thing

waterbottle/travel mug
