My cheat’s nut roast is to buy a ‘nice’ pack of stuffing, make up according to packet, add a bag of chopped nuts, add some fresh herbs if you want, an egg and splash of milk (assuming for veggies and not vegans otherwise just some oat milk or equivalent ) and bake for 20 minutes or as per packet. Relax and pour yourself a sherry!

I make this but use an egg instead of the nut butter as I’m not vegan.
