Diabolical returns with Debenhams!

Actually did manage to raise my blood pressure!! Just be aware that if you are ordering from them that you have to return each item separately and generate a qr code for each parcel. I had 10 items to return and it took me an hour as the qr code doesn't say which item it refers to!! By the time I had finished printing them all out again and attaching to the correct parcel the post office had closed!! I also had 1 item missing but can't get through to anyone bar an AI bot to let them know.
I swear I have never been so stressed with shopping/returns in my life. Also had returns for M&S and Tescos which were hassle free and done in seconds!!
I'll be avoiding Debenhams now if I can. So disappointed.

They are awful. My item was cancelled by them and I had to chase for my refund after over two weeks of nothing. They don't have a phone number and contacting them is difficult. I won't bother ordering from them again.

Awful experience with a refund here too. Took almost a month to get my money back.

That's always been the case with them but they used to be fine with refunds and returns regardless of the supplier. Not this year!

I've shopped with debenhams for years and it's always been like this, even pre boohoo buy out. It's a pita if you have a large order from different sellers. I've never had a problem being refunded though.

I’ve had the same issue with Debenhams and it’s put me right off.

Benneton also need you to print the return address and QR and some old-fashioned returns form in triplicate. Never again.

It's not Debenhams as we know/knew it.
It's been bought over, most likely by Chinese company, and what you order could come from any number of vendors all operating under the umbrella term 'Debenhams'

All items were for the same retailer (Yours)...
