We are having family over for Christmas this year, and will be doing traditional turkey, but I'm not a big meat lover and always go for the nut roast option when out. I've only tried one recipe, Jack Monroe's, which was delightful the first time but very underwhelming the second.
I was wondering if anyone has a favourite recipe that they could share? Extra points if it can be prepared in advance, frozen/refrigerated to be warmed up on Christmas Day.
