Cheap n cheerful token gifts (not alcohol or chocolate)

Is there such a thing? 😂
We’ll be convening at my mum’s over the holiday and there will be a few people there we know but not well. I think it’s always nice to include everyone in the present opening shenanigans even if it’s just a small something that says we thought of you. However, one gets a little much with drink so I don’t want to be the one encouraging it (no one will be policing, I just don’t want to give alcohol), and chocolate feels a bit blah (to me).

There are about 3 women and 2 men to buy for. Want to keep it fairly cheap n cheerful if poss.

Any ideas welcome! Thanks ☺️

I get the L’Occitane crackers - pack of 4 for something like £24, then I give people one each. So £6 per gift. Contains hand cream and a soap or shower gel, but it’s a nice brand and feels a bit more luxurious.

A nice bookmark

Failing that I would box up some Italian biscuits in pretty wrapping, or give a small houseplant.

Amayrillis in a box or hyacinth?

For hot drink or cake fans: coffee shop voucher, naice teabags (or coffee if you know which machine they have), luxury hot chocolate powder from e.g. Hôtel Chocolat

small tube of quality cream or lip balls

Bamboo iPad stand (if you know they have an iPad) or phone stand

Tote bag

2 metre charging cable

’novelty’ Post-Its

TK Maxx do some really nice Italian and French soaps for very little money. I always have a few of the ones in tins at hand for a small token gift. They have scents/packaging appropriate to both genders.
