Which company/store have you found to have amazing customer service. Especially being so busy atm.

Hobbycraft for me. I ordered a jigsaw for a family member. Royal mail screwed up. I had a very quick response from Hobbycraft. Complained to RM. Still waiting. My heart sinks when I order something and realise it's being delivered by them.
Hobbycraft have been in constant contact. Delivered another one.

Who have you found to be good or great?

I never have a problem with Amazon usually. I tend to pick up from a local shop though.

Next for me always and it really says something that such a big company manage something so well that so many others fail at. I also love valentte, their gifts always feel beautifully wrapped and never disappoint. Everyone I’ve sent them to is delighted. Brilliant customer service.

Pets at home. Ordered a pet carrier via click and collect. It arrived on time but when we got home it was minus the clips to fasten the halves together despite being sealed. Phoned the store back and a new one arrived a day later. They didn't even want the first one back even though I've since found you can order the missing bits.

Hobby craft were fantastic for me a few years back, ordered some mason jars, 2 out of the 6 were broken in transit, the lady was super helpful, arranged for 2 new ones to be sent out and gave me a £5 gift card for the inconvenience.

Next. I returned a dress which was paid for 80% with gift card and 20% debit card and they refunded it all back to me on my debit card. Amazing! I assumed they would do the opposite so I was extremely pleased!

Fahlo (the animal tracking bracelet place).

I bought 4, all different animals but when they arrived there was a mistake and I had two duplicates.

I sent an email and got a reply in less than five minutes apologising and saying they'd send the missing bracelet out but I could keep the duplicate. The next morning I had the tracking info through, they must have sent it almost immediately.

Ocado. I had a massive food delivery recently and then they emailed to say my money hadn’t gone through which I obviously thought was a scam. I checked the website for a message which they said would appear and couldn’t find a message so i ignored it, and ignored the next few emails. Then got another email saying they’d sadly have to never allow me to order from them. I emailed them in a panic. They rang the house phone, Dd answered, assumed they were scammers and told them to bugger off. 🙈. They were very understanding when i eventually got hold of them.

Ocado customer services are always fabulous. Long standing customer here.

Screwfix, five guys & marks and spencers fantastic! Apple depends on the person and issue. Awful awful service i've received from Boots, Dunelm, Three mobile and Ikea!! I try to avoid these brands now

Also Dyson horrid service! Paid for next day delivery for two in stock items for my holiday. One came as expected no mention of the other panicked after they told me they have delivered both and managed to get cctv footage to prove i'd only had one. After 6 calls i gave up and 2 weeks after returning from my holiday i received an email confirming dispatch of my second item!! Apparently they 'forgot to dispatch' my item. Mind blown how they can treat customers so badly. The stress of trying to track down a £400 product with no support from them at all!!

Stanley. My dh has a massive flask and multiple food flasks and travel mugs. Several family have quenchers. Any issues and they resolve it right away providing you purchased from them or an approved supplier. They've replaced seals for the flask and then the flask when the handle snapped after 7 years. My daughter's quencher handle came losose and they replaced it no worries.

Gosh you're lucky.
Our family use Sistema BPA free water bottles. They say they're dishwasher safe.
We have 5 of them where the twist and sip lids no longer work.
I know I should not have bought more but I was ever hopeful.
Despite informing Sistema and wanting to get replacement lids, I was unable to. They don't have spare lids.
So now we have 5 plastic bottles without lids Sad
I don't want to throw plastic away as I believe there already is too much plastic waste.

Garmin - my husband has had a couple of sports tracker watches replaced when he had an issue. Originally bought a second hand one which they offered to replace with a refurbished watch but actually sent a new one as it was closer to the spec of the original.

I was very pleasantly surprised today in Footasylum and JD.
In both stores the assistants were very helpful and offered to order stuff in for me that I need for kid's Xmas presents.
I went for JD in the end as Footasylum don't accept cash Hmm

I’ve been very impressed with Debenhams this weekend who , without quibble, have sent out a replacement by next day delivery for an order that has gone astray .

Bose and flying tiger. Bose replaced broken headphones with an upgrade that were out of warranty and customer services was fab. Flying tiger sent me a refund for damaged goods and voucher for free postage to reorder.
