£25-£30 gift idea for fashionista niece age 19

Niece is very "Liverpool fashion" in her style - long blonde hair extensions, acrylic nails done regularly, perm-tan, very glamorous and brand conscious.

I am nothing like that. It's something of a closed world to me. The sort of thing I'd buy DD (same age) wouldn't be welcome, and I'd like to buy my niece something she'd like.

Does anyone have any suggestions in the £25-£30 range?

("Liverpool fashion" is how my cousin - who lives and works in Liverpool - describes my niece; it's certainly not intended as a slur, just a descriptor. Like "Newcastle fashion" would mean never wearing a coat!)

Could you find out where she usually gets her nails done and get her a gift voucher for there?

I wanted to thank you both - @xmasdealhunter , apparently she usually gets her nails done by students at the beauty college that she knows, so that wasn't a goer.
