Struggle keeping food warm!!

Hosting Christmas this year and preparing a Christmas dinner for 10. I prep a lot of the food before the big day par boiling, freezing etc, but the one thing I struggle with is keeping it all warm once ready to dish up?
Do you reheat anything again? Don’t want to give anyone a doggy stomach so I avoid this.
Has anyone got any hacks or can share the way that you do this so I can copy 😂

I'm hosting 14 this year and always have the same problem. I've bought this to try this year. It has good reviews

We have one of those. It works brilliantly.

The great thing is that you take everything out just when it’s perfectly cooked and put it straight in the warmer, no need to let anything get over cooked (burnt) as it stays exactly the right temperature.

We also have a cloth plug in plate warmer. Nothing makes a roast go cold more quickly that cold plates.

Warm your serving bowls then wrap in foil (thick or double layer ideally) and cover in towels

Fab! Yes I have actually seen these but wasn’t too sure but this has convinced me! The plate warmer is on my list now too ☺️

I lament the loss of my old hostess trolley, they were brilliant

As long as your gravy is piping hot it won't matter if the veg isn't.

I think it was Delia (or Nigella) that said once "as long as your gravy and roast potatoes are hot don't worry about anything else"!
