Small gift idea for someone who's recently had a heart attack?

I know that sounds like a silly title. But I just need to buy a family member a Christmas gift that's not unhealthy, but still a bit special and something they wouldn't buy themselves. I'm talking a small gift.
Anyone have a great idea for me?!

I have an idea, get them a gift based on what they normally like and not their health. What a bizarre thread title.

British heart Foundation has a gift shop online.
Yrs ago I got DH a few bits. They do mugs t shirts etc.He seemed to like them.
If there is nothing that appeals I would get them something like self care bits.
They ve had a huge shock after all.

Someone looking for gift suggestions on the Christmas board is a "bizarre thread"?

What is most bizarre about it is you felt the need to go out your way and take the time out of your day to reply with a view of bringing the poster down. Hope that made you feel really good about yourself as it was unnecessary.

@sarahso are you thinking specifically a food related gift? Could you make them a tea / coffee hamper type set maybe with a nice new mug and a nicer coffee than they'd normally buy themselves?

@TotallyTwisted When DH had a heart attack he changed his life style completely. Gave up lots if the "fun" stuff he liked. No more sneaky cigarettes, booze, cheese and sweets etc.
So it's a good question actually if default gifts are wine, cheese or chocolates.

He did really feel the cold whilst the blood thinners kicked in. Maybe practical warm things ; sporty buffs are a bit different than scarves.
He got very grateful fir being alive so any hobby type things might be good.
