Skincare for young teen

Hi, can anyone with a young teen recommend some skincare products that won’t break the bank? It’s for a relative and budget about £15. I know, I know, in my day we washed our faces with soap and water and my school didn’t allow makeup at all. But she’s v into it!

My dd uses the Oy range- the ingredients are all natural. They are on the pricier end (you'd be able to get one of the products for £15, though!), but they're formulated specifically for tweens/teens to protect their skin.
