What are you getting your 10yo (boy)?

Just that please! My 10yo doesn't want anything, apparently. I've a few ideas, but they're nothing very exciting (yet more sportswear, books he likes...). He sadly never plays with toys any more (12yo sister does. It's super sad). He basically wants to be outside biking and footballing but he kind of has everything he requires there! Any ideas?! Thanks!

Does he support a particular team? You could do a tour of their home ground. Any events he would find interesting that you could get tickets to (bmx event/football match/show at the theatre?)

Dreamerinme · 25/11/2024 16:49

If he likes to be active how about an experience gift like a voucher for Go Ape or Clip n Climb (climbing walls)?

Cinema vouchers
Theatre or theme park tickets

She's a girl but her male and female friends came over and both liked making bubble tea.

My 9 year old sounds similar to yours. He even declared himself this morning how sad it is that there is nothing he / his friends really want as they’re all into football and gaming.

We’ve got him a stunt scooter, football kit, Cozzzy Crocs (huge hit in our household for boys & girls) & Arsenal football, and from wider family: Fortnite Lego sets, wood whittling kit, table top pinball machine, choc fountain (his request), Uno Extreme, Yahtzee, new roller skates, books, Fortnite annual,

My 10 year old boy is getting a big Lego technic set, Switch Lite game, F1 Beanie, stationery, & a DAB mini radio for his main pressies. He’s also getting a barn with his brother (5) for their farm as they play that a lot still and there last one broke.

LeanIntoChaos · 26/11/2024 06:23

My 10 year old wants extremely expensive hockey goalie kit. Paying hundreds of pounds for foam is pretty grating. But he's been wanting his own set for over a year and he adores hockey. I'm his stocking he will have a hockey ball, a clip on hat for sailing, army men, a book about chess, a laminated map, some white board pens and a capo for his guitar.....

I suspect this is unhelpful for ideas as he is rather specific in his desires!

AnonymouseQuestion · 26/11/2024 06:29

  • fidget toys in his stocking plus Nike socks, his team branded boxers, a bath bomb, a giant gobstopper, some hair wax
