Struggling for gift ideas for DS.
He's at uni and not doing too great with his MH (not helped by too much partying!)

He wants some new shoes but what else can I get him? Especially looking for suggestions on encouraging him to take better care of himself.

He is a bit of a foodie so anything so suggestions along those lines would also be welcome.

I actually have my DS list from last year, right beside me. He is 20 now, 2nd year Uni. He has on the list (and no he didn't get it all) :
fragrance
various jerseys, boots, gloves for sports/teams
gym stuff - creatine, protein powder, mixer
shoes (always)
some ps games
lego (speed champions)
a few shirts he liked
primark hoodie
spice rack
slow cooker
jewellery (he likes really cool rings)
mini BBQ

Great ideas!
Is there a preferable protein powder and mixer?

I get mine from my protein. There might be some discounts at present. i was thinking of a good knife and/or a knife roll this year but i might leave that until he has his own kitchen. He is getting a chilli plant though. Oh, and a burger press.

Similar DD has asked for a massage gun and protein powder (MyProtein here too). We will also get her some Lego and I'm looking at a cheap air fryer and a heated blanket (2nd year house is freezing).

My dd (at uni) has asked for a panini press. I have got her a new hoodie and will get her some bits to make her room a bit more homely. Last year I got her a photo printer so she could print photos of friends and family to go on her wall. Things like vouchers for eating out or their favourite shops would go down well? I’m trying to encourage my dd to go out more as she seems to be spending a lot of time in her room this year (3rd year), so vouchers for pizza express or similar.
