I want this Christmas to be the most special yet as it’s our first Christmas since getting married - I’ve been thinking of what food to make and the options are endless!
Please could I have your favourite recipes?! Anything goes - mains, sides, desserts…the more festive the better!

Simon Hopkinson's Sticky Toffee Pudding is our go-to for Christmas Day dessert. Very easy and very, very delicious.

I serve it with cream and/or vanilla ice-cream.

That sticky toffee pudding is our usual Christmas Day dessert too! Easy to make in advance and freeze too - freeze the cake and sauces separately then defrost and assemble on the day.

Starters, quick and easy. Put some olive oil in a frying pan add 2 cloves of garlic and one chilli slit down the side. Once you can smell the garlic and chilli add some prawns, the best are uncooked as once they go pink they are ready.

Takes around 5 minutes from start to finish
