Lapland Uk - swapping tickets

Hello,

We have 2 adult and 2 children tickets for Lapland UK on Tuesday 17th December at 9am.

We have just found out that our daughter has been given the lead in her school Christmas show and it's the same day as our Lapland tickets 🙈.

We've contacted Lapland and they've been excruciatingly unhelpful. I was wondering if anyone has tickets for another day and are also looking to swap their dates? Or if anyone has any advice on how to find anyone who might be in a similar situation?

There's a Laplanduk fan chat group on Facebook that would probably be your best bet.

However I can't believe you were planning on pulling your kids out of school for this 🙈 and yes I have been, it's wonderful, but we wouldn't be missing school for it

I have a feeling that the experience is personalised to the names given at booking, including that guests get letters in post beforehand and other little touches when there - it's ages since I went though. You might need their help if it's the same still.
